Please plan ahead for painting, landscaping, or other architectural changes to your property. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets approximately every two weeks, so you should expect at least 3 weeks turn-around time for a response to your request.      If you are thinking of planting trees on your property, please click on the following link for more information: Trees.      To submit a request please fill in all of the requested information in the online form below. Homeowner: Property Address: Phone: Email: Date submitted: Type description of plans here: If for some reason you are unable to use the above online form, then follow the instructions below.   The printable ACC Request form is found here: Architecture Request Please print a copy of the form, fill in your information, and put the form and extra pages or drawings (if any) into an envelope and leave it in the letter drop box at the front door of 325 Conrad Drive. Be sure to make a copy for your records.
